In the sub-field of Inorganic Chemistry, we study chemical property and reactivity of metal complexes on the basis of organic and inorganic synthesis, analysis, and theoretical study. Current research topic include organometallic catalysis, bioinorganic chemistry, artificial photosynthesis, and chemical modification and analysis of solid surface. Also, collaborative and interdisciplinary researches are ongoing within the department.
