Research

Research Field

Research and study atmosphere at the CSNL Lab is free, fun and studious. Members are encouraged to look inwards, think outside the box and pursue interested topics. Additionally, members also form research groups that harmoniously work on hot research topics. One of the research interests is sensor network which has a plenty body of applications, from surveillance systems to body area networks. We are studying the theoretical foundation of such sensor systems as well as, developing its applications, especially to Bio-compatible wireless system. Another area being widely investigated in CSNL is cooperative communication systems. This topic includes anti-interference techniques, modeling of various types of channels, and information theoretical analysis. In addition, as one of the applications, we are trying to design underwater communication systems which cover a lot of open challenges.
