A thermal dynamic model was developed for a high power LD cooling system to estimate the junction and component temperatures in various ambient conditions
A single-phase liquid cooling system was constructed using a highly effective heat spreader fabricated by 3D metal printing and the its cooling channel was designed with consideration of both the cooling capacity and pressure drop.
In the result, a cooling spreader with low consumption energy for laser headlight is proposed and suggested cooling system shows its possibility compared to TEC devices
